How CM Filings may handle information when you use this website or contact the team.

Last updated: September 2026

This page is a website policy template and should be reviewed against the final legal, operational and data-processing setup before publication.

1. Information you provide

You may provide information such as your name, mobile number, email address and enquiry details when you contact CM Filings. Please do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment card details or other authentication credentials through website forms.

2. How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, understand requested services, communicate about a request, maintain business records where appropriate, and improve service workflows.

3. Email enquiries

The current website prototype uses a mailto workflow. When you submit the contact form, your device opens your configured email application. The message is then handled according to your email provider and the recipient's normal business processes.

4. Cookies and local storage

This static kit uses browser local storage to remember your cookie-notice choice. If analytics, advertising, CRM or other third-party services are added later, this policy should be updated and consent controls should be configured as required.

5. Third parties

The website may load third-party resources such as Google Fonts and the Lucide icon library. Those providers may receive technical request information according to their own policies.

6. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures should be used for information handled by CM Filings. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices

For privacy-related questions or requests concerning information submitted to CM Filings, contact info@cmfilings.com.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated when the website, services, data processing or applicable requirements change.
